When undertaking EPC projects, Lyon and Partners assume full responsibility for all project facets, including obtaining environmental approvals, ensuring health and safety compliance, addressing land and rights issues through negotiation, as well as managing procurement and registering servitudes. Throughout the construction phase, a dedicated and competent team is mobilized to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, cost-effective end product. Particular emphasis is placed on the testing and commissioning stage, ensuring that the completed plant aligns seamlessly with the customer’s requirements and operates efficiently. By prioritizing meticulous planning, diligent execution, and rigorous quality assurance measures, Lyon and Partners consistently deliver EPC projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
In addition to the standard consulting services, procurement and construction services can be provided under the Contract Administration and Close-Out stage to deliver a fully turnkey service. Construction responsibilities involve additional risks and higher indemnity insurance, whereby Lyon and Partners will be the engineer and contractor responsible for:
