Electrical Reticulation and Building Services Design Fully Develop designs and prepare technical documentation for electrical reticulation systems and building services. 2. Managing Projects through all ECSA Stages Oversee projects from inception to close-out, ensuring compliance with ECSA's prescribed stages and standards. 3. Task-Based Services Conduct feasibility studies, audits, and other specialised assessments as required. 4. Project Management Plan, execute, and monitor electrical engineering projects ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget 5. Contract Management Administer contracts in accordance with Condition of Contract frameworks such as FIDIC and JBCC. 6. Compliance with OHS Act and Construction Regulations Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements during project execution. 7. Technical and Software Proficiency Use tools like DigSilent PowerFactory, Bentley MicroStation, PowerOffice, PowaMaster, ReticMaster, Relux for drafting, analysis, and design. 8. Client Interaction and Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and meeting targets. 9. Documentation and Reporting Prepare detailed reports, maintain records, and provide progress updates to clients and stakeholders. 10. Business Development Identify new opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients. Prepare proposals, presentations, and bid documentation to secure new projects.
